 Nah, foto di atas ‘mewakili’ jenis-jenis novel Agatha Christie yang aku miliki. Ada yang terjemahan cetakan tahun 80an, 2000-an, cetakan versi English, bahkan sempat beli versi komiknya. Sayangnya aku kurang suka yang versi komik, karena ceritanya kurang lengkap dan visualisasi komiknya tidak sebagus jika divisualisasikan dengan kata-kata.

Pertama kali aku baca novel karya Agatha Christie ini gara-gara ditantang papa ku. waktu itu aku blum suka baca novel2 detektif, aku hanya suka baca novel2 biasa aja. papa malah bilang novel2 yg aku baca itu novel tidak berbobot smua. kata dia, novel yg bagus itu novel detektif karya agatha christie. dia blg aku hebat kalau bisa paham baca novel itu. dan itu artinya dia meremehkanku kan?-_- pada saat itu juga aku ingin mencoba baca novel itu, kemudian aku minjam novel agatha christie punya papa. aku gak nyangka ternyata dulu dia suka baca novel juga, dan koleksi novel agatha christie nya lumayan banyak. tapi novel papa itu desain sampul nya masih jadul, gak kayak novel skrg lah :D 

awalnya aku bingung kenapa papa blg Hercule Poirot lebih bagus daripada Sherlock Holmes, padahal kan Sherlock Holmes lebih terkenal. aku sempat bertanya sendiri kpd nya, dan dia blg cerita Hercule poirot itu lebih tak terduga, ceritanya bikin kita nebak2 sendiri. setelah aku membaca kisah hercule poirot dan sherlock holmes, aku pun juga lebih menyukai hercule poirot. bukan berarti aku tak suka sherlcok holmes ya! :D
